Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

 

Corsets are shipped at no extra cost, via Royal Mail tracked and signed option.
Delivery between 1/2 days within UK.

 

 

International Shipping 

 

Orders are shipped  via standard International option.

Delivery within 10 working days worldwide. This option is not tracked outside UK and it's not insured for damage or loss.

Express shipping via private courier is available worldwide for an extra fee. Delivery worldwide within 5 working days.

We are not responsible for any damages made during transit.

Full insurance is subject to extra charges, Please ask.

We aim to ship all ready to wear corsets purchased from the

sample sale within 3working days. Although please bear in mind that during the months of November, December and January,  

our response and shipping times can be delayed. 

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

All our prices are in GBP and do not include any Import Duty.

For international orders, Customs tax are responsibility of the customer.

PRIVACY

MistyCouture will treat every customer detail as private and confidential and will only use those supplied info to design, create and send out the order.

MistyCouture will not share any information with third parties, unless required by law.

RETURNS

 

How to Return/Exchange  

 

Returns are only available on Standard size corsets and are subject to approval. 

All items are thoroughly checked before shipping to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us within 14 days, we will remake a new item for you. 

No returns available on Bespoke designs, Made to Measure and Sample sale corsets.

Return/Exchange shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

All exchanges need prior authorisation and should be placed carefully in it’s original packaging.

Please insure the package for the value of the items and ship with tracking as we are not liable for lost package.

 

For non-European Union customers, you must clearly mark the package with the word RETURNED GOODS. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the package or charge you the full Customs and Excise duty.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

From time to time MistyCouture will have a samples sale.

The designs on sale will have a detailed description and realistic images of the product on dress form or model. 


Customers will receive exactly what's shown and described and MistyCouture won't take any responsibility for "unrealistic expectations" and won't issue refunds.

No modifications to the product will be made after the purchase.

Every order will be photographed prior to shipping as evidence of quality and no faults.

 

MistyCouture is not responsible for damages caused during shipping, unless you purchased an insurance option.
