E-gift cards are only redeemable against products in the MistyCouture.co.uk shop or a bespoke order. To redeem against a bespoke order, please contact a member of our team at info@mistycouture.co.uk and we would love to discuss your dream design.

E-gift cards are non transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash.

E-gift cards expire 12 months after the purchase date. At expiry, any remaining balance will be lost. E-gift cards presented after their expiry date will be treated as oid and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

E-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Misty Couture cannot be held responsible for any e-gift cards which are lost or stolen.

Misty Couture reserves the rights to change any and all of these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of e-gift cards if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
