Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping
Corsets are shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed option.
Delivery between 1/2 days within UK.
International Shipping
Orders are shipped via RoyalMail tracked or UPS.
Delivery between 3-7 working days worldwide. This option is tracked but not insured for damage or loss, unless requested by the client.
Express shipping is available worldwide for an extra fee. Delivery worldwide between 1-5 working days.

We are not responsible for any damages made during transit.
Full insurance is the client's responsibility and it's subject to extra charges. Please ask.

We aim to ship all OTR corsets purchased from the sample sale within 3 working days.
OTR ready to ship corsets are clearly marked and cannot be customised.

Bear in mind that during the months of November, December and January, our response and shipping times can be delayed.
Payments and Customs Duties
All our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), exclusive of any import duty.

For all international orders, Customs tax are responsibility of the customer, if you fail to pay these charges and the product is returned, you will be charged for further shipping costs. If the product is destroyed by the courier or returned due to unpaid custom duties, you won't be entitled to any refund.

By placing your order with us you constitute acceptance of the terms described at which point you are bound to your contract.

If any invoiced amount is not received by the due date, then without limiting the company's rights, the following will be applicable:

Those charges may accrue late interest at 8% of the outstanding balance per week, or the maximum rate permitted by the law, whichever is lower.

If we need to seek legal assistance to collect payment for an unpaid invoice, these charges will be added to the outstanding amount owed on the invoice
How to Return/Exchange
Returns are only available on Standard size corsets where defects are present and are subject to approval. If the incorrect size was selected on check-out, without contacting via email about extra info, this is not the responsibility of Misty Couture and returns will not be accepted. Returns will not be available on made-to-order corsets and apparel, due to incorrect colour expectations. Colours match the main material used. Full colour charts and samples are available upon request, to avoid disappointment.
Please ensure you check the sizing chart provided before completing your order. If you have any concerns over the standard sizing, please contact us on info@mistycouture.co.uk before ordering.

All items are thoroughly checked before shipping to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us within 14 days from delivery, once received back, we will remake a new item for you.

No refunds available on Bespoke designs, Made to Measure/Order and Sample sale corsets and apparel.
No refunds available for delays due to couriers mistakes, health issues or if the client changed their mind.
​
Return/Exchange shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
All exchanges need prior authorisation and should be placed carefully in it’s original packaging.
Please insure the package for the value of the items and ship with tracking as we are not liable for lost package.
When shipping the item back, you must clearly mark the package as RETURNED GOODS. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the package or charge you the full Customs and Excise duty.
